We produce tahini daily in limited quantities so that the freshest, most natural product reaches you. Our tahini is made in-house and supplied fresh, directly from production. This product is also known as Bozkır tahini, black tahini or double-roasted tahini. Unlike white tahini (single-roasted or raw tahini), its sesame seeds are roasted twice. The product weighs 4880 g. Tahini contains phosphorus, lecithin, magnesium, potassium, iron and calcium, and is rich in vitamins E, B1, B2, B3, B5 and B15. Sesame seeds are soaked, hulled, roasted and ground to produce tahini. It is a nutritious source of plant protein, fat and calcium. It may be enjoyed on its own, mixed with honey or molasses, or used in baked goods.
